What the complaint alleges
This episode is about a 30-year-old Minnesota man. Here is what the criminal complaint says happened.
- Shakopee police were dispatched at about 9:51 a.m. on June 26, 2026, to assist the Dakota County Drug Task Force in arresting a man who was wanted on several warrants, according to the complaint.
- Officers found him outside his vehicle in a home improvement store parking lot in Shakopee.
- He allegedly got back into his car and backed into an unmarked law enforcement vehicle that was behind him.
- He then maneuvered between two other law enforcement vehicles and drove out of the lot, the complaint states.
- Shakopee officers discontinued their pursuit after he left the parking lot.
- According to the complaint, his vehicle was seen fleeing from law enforcement agencies in Burnsville, Eagan and Rosemount.
- The complaint states that his driving privileges had been canceled as inimical to public safety.
A complaint is an accusation. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The deputies' dialogue in the video is made up. The crumpled hood is cartoon exaggeration; the complaint does not describe the damage. The crow has no subtitled line because the complaint quotes nothing he said.
